New listing in Bartlett

I'll be listing this home in Bartlett tomorrow afternoon. It is in need of a little paint but other than that it is ready to go. It features four bedrooms, and two baths, along with an office. The cabinets are in great shape and the counters have been replaced and a glass tile back splash has been added. Both the master and the guest bath have had the builder grade bath inserts replaced with tile that goes all the way to the ceiling. The front yard is in great shape and the porch is picture perfect.
