STEP ONE

Step one is all about you. If we are going to be working together to find you a home, I need to know a little bit about you, or maybe a lot. Who are you? Where are you from? Where do you live now? Where did you go to school? (bonus points if you are a University of Memphis Grad) Are you married? single? somewhere in between haha? Do you have kids? Pets? Do you play sports? Whats your favorite team? What do you do in your free time? Do you prefer beer or wine? Where do you work? What drives you? What is you favorite thing about life?

These are all questions that I want to know the answers to. The first thing we need to establish is friendship and common ground. I want you to enjoy this process, because it's a fun process, and you only get to be a first time buyer once. Nobody wants to turn this thing that can be hugely enjoyable into a chore because we only see each other as business partners (which we will be). We should also be friends. Life is to short to not make the most of it, And let's be honest who couldn't use one more friend?
